Diagnosis
Female with antennal scrobes joining below frontal suture, male with scrobes joining on frontal suture; mesoscutum with anterior 1/3 with raised reticulation, posterior 2/3 with engraved and weak reticulation; mesoscutum and scutellum golden-green; propodeal callus with five setae; femora metallic bluish-green; tibiae yellowish-white; female with head narrower than width of mesoscutum, WH/WT = 0.9; female petiole with a narrow and smooth median carina. Similar to nigrocyaneus but with female frons metallic bluish-green, thoracic dorsum golden-green, and petiole with smooth median carina; also similar to seminiger but with raised and strong reticulation on upper frons, and with larger ocelli, POL/OOL = 2.8.< /FONT >

From Taphrocerus spp. (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) on Cyperus sp. (Cyperaceae), Scleria sp. (Cyperaceae) and Vicia faba (Fabaceae).
